台電，這個名詞對於大多數民眾來說，或許就只是負責生活用電的單位，但實際上台灣還有諸多角落，存在著台電努力的蹤跡。本作品即希望可以利用輕快音樂與鮮明視覺之手法，透過翱翔各地的紙飛機，直接點出台電在台灣所投入的心力。期望透過輕鬆的動畫，讓民眾更了解台電的多元發展。


Taiwan Power Company may be perceived by most people as the entity responsible for providing electricity for daily life. However, in reality, Taiwan Power Company has made efforts in many corners of Taiwan. This work aims to use lively music and vivid visuals to highlight the efforts of Taiwan Power Company across Taiwan. Through the use of paper airplanes flying around, we hope to directly illustrate the dedication of Taiwan Power Company in Taiwan. Through this light-hearted animation, we aim to help the public better understand the diverse development of Taiwan Power Company.
